There are people who have a brief period of success and people who are successful their whole lifetime and in many different areas. In all these people, there are some common positive traits that any individualwho wants to succeed needs to emulate. There are certain characteristics of creativity that bring the success, fulfillment and happiness that occur from living a life on purpose.

Successful people obsessively think about their desired goal. They basically think of nothing else. They direct their attention towards their goals with laser like focus. Having aimless thoughts distracts one from their main objective. Successful people only associate with likeminded-people who have similar goals, and interests. By doing this, their enthusiasm, drive, and belief increases. Successful people are excellent students. They are always learning. They follow Gandhi’s quote of “Learn as if you were to live forever.” By always reading, and listening to other successful people, they are learning new ways to enhance their wealth in whichever area they are focused in. Successful people are problem solvers. When something doesn’t work as expected they try to find solutions instead of complaining about the problem.

The difference between being average and successful is small. A successful person doesn’t necessarily work any harder but he or she works with enthusiasm and a distinct goal in mind. These traits work together in combination, giving successful people more success and these are the traits that every individual who wants to succeed needs to apply to his lifestyle.
