Snow White

The Queen, who is Snow White’s new stepmother, has a magic mirror. The queen is very vain about her beauty and one day asks the mirror,” Mirror, mirror on the wall who is the fairest in the land”? The mirror honestly replies that Snow White is the fairest in the land. The Queen is angry and orders her guards to kill Snow White. The guards unable to kill Snow White release her in the forest, kill an animal and take the animal’s heart to the Queen as proof.

The Queen asks her mirror the same question again. When the mirror gives the same reply the Queen realizes that Snow White is still alive.

In the meantime, Snow White wanders through the forest into the house of the seven dwarfs. They let her stay with them on the condition that she will cook and clean for them. When the Queen’s men come for snow White, the dwarfs protect her. The impatient Queen decides to kill Snow White herself using a poisoned apple. On eating the apple, Snow White falls into a deep slumber and the Queen goes away thinking she is dead. The dwarfs, thinking she is dead, put her in a transparent coffin. A prince riding by is impressed by Snow White’s beauty and asks the dwarf for the coffin. The prince opens the coffin and kisses Snow White. He gives her the kiss of life and Snow White comes alive. They get married and live happily ever after.
