This is when they decide to approach a court seeking resolution. The first step now is to seek an advocate who is a law graduate. With due registration, he practices law in the legal courts and works in accordance with the criminal and civil laws of the country. Understanding the facts of the case, he collects documents and facts and submits them in the appropriate court, seeking justice for the client.

On a date fixed by the court, the presiding judge hears the case of the plaintiff. He gives equal opportunity to the opposite party to defend. Both the parties argue with their pieces of evidence and counter pieces of evidence. Relevant older judgments are cited and witnesses presented to make the arguments stronger.
