Reading the newspaper

Both, Dad and Grandpa like reading the paper first thing in the morning. Grandpa always gets to the newspaper first. He keeps the main section and gives the rest to Dad.

Grandpa loves to read the newspaper. He spends half his morning reading it. Mostly, he reads it aloud but when he is tired he will make me read it for him.

Grandpa loves politics. Dad, on the other hand, loves to read about sports. Mom gets the paper to herself only after dad has left for work and grandpa has fallen asleep. She only reads two things: the astrology section and the cookery section. My favourite section of the paper is the comic section while my sister Alisha loves to solve the crossword puzzle.

The newspaper has something for all of us and between the five of us we manage to read the whole newspaper.
