Paranormal Phenomena

Paranormal phenomena are those unnatural occurrences that have been (or claimed to be) witnessed by a certain lot of people, at one time or the other, but lacks scientific explanation. It has captured the interest of people all over the world and people do believe that these phenomena exist.

We have all believed in ghost stories and even if we claim to disbelieve it, we would never walk pass a cemetery at night. Film makers have exploited these unusual and strange occurrences making them believable. Scientists continue to work on these subjects but there is no concrete evidence or explanation of the same. In college, it was in vogue to invoke a spirit into a coin to get answers about the future. Strangely, the coin does move. The theory of the haunted does exist. There are places all over the world where people go and see haunted buildings. In Malaysia, there is a hotel in which one wing is cordoned off from the public because people see a man throwing himself from the building but disappearing just before he reaches the ground. Spooky knocks and footsteps are also heard from empty cupboards.

Man has always been curious about the unknown and it is this mystery that lures him to it. The much talked about UFO is not considered to be a paranormal phenomenon as scientists claim that extra-terrestrial life does exist in some galaxies and it is only time before we find out about them. Ghosts, however, will continue to play on our imagination until something concrete is put before us.
