I Love My Parents

Parents are a rare God-gift to a child. They bring up their child with love and care. They fulfil all his desires and give him every comfort. They want to see him well-dressed and well-fed. They are very particular about his education. They want to see him rise and become a great person in life. Even if he grows in years, he remains a child parents.

I am the only son of my parents. Therefore, I am the apple of their eyes. They shower on me their affection and blessings. They treat me as their friend. They dine with me, read with me, and play with me.

They take a special care of my health. They take me out for a walk in the morning. If ever I feel unwell, they get upset. They try that I should be again normal and cheerful.

My father is a college lecturer. My mother is a school teacher. They want that I should get good education. They bring me books of general knowledge and general study. We have two daily newspapers at home. They have purchased a computer set for me. They make me watch educative programmes on the T.V.

My parents are very honest and truthful. They command respect from their students and colleagues. My parents are very cheerful. Nobody feels bored in their company. They are not members of any club. They like to spend their time with me at home. They are very affectionate. They treat my friends as their own children. Both are religious minded. They are God-fearing. May God grant my parents with a long and healthy life.
